Customer Success Analyst
Hello, my name is Jéssica lemes, and I would like to share a bit about my professional and academic journey.
I am multipotential person who has had the pleasure of having contact with different areas and experiences during my professional career. I started as a secretary at a professional training school and later worked for five years in a trauma clinic, where I got promoted to team leader after three years at the company.
Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to work in the field of Customer Success, where I specialized in understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional solutions. During this time, I have developed valuable communication and problem-solving skills, allowed me to build strong customer relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to live abroad, where I studied and worked in Ireland. This experience not only broadened my cultural horizons but also allowed me to gain a global perspective and enhance my teamwork skills. Since November of 2022, I have been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Vnda E-commerce. In that role, I was able to deepen my knowledge of tools like Zendesk, which I used to effectively manage customer requests and ensure an efficient support experience.
Additionally, my skills in Figma and prototype design enabled me to collaborate in creating and implementing innovative solutions. These skills are crucial for understanding customer needs and turning them into exceptional products or services.
To sum up, my journey until now provided me with a strong foundation in Customer Success, technical skills in tools like Zendesk, Figma, and prototype design, and an international perspective that I deeply value.
All projects were developed based on Design Thinking methodologies and frameworks.
